HOW TO PAY
Please be assured that your contact details will only be seen by Fiona Bailey Designs.
Payment is accepted through PAYPAL. Paypal is completely
secure, and means that we don't even see your payment
details, just your order and the delivery address.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email us via the Contact page to reserve the kits you would like, and then send your
delivery details and the cheque to Fiona Bailey 21 Kings Road, London NW10 2BP. Please make your cheque payable to FIONA BAILEY.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
POSTAGE
Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 for all orders. Orders are
sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. If your
address is non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, or overseas, please
email us or call us on +44 (0)7751829944 for a quote as additional
delivery charges will apply.
RETURNS
In case you wish to return an order, we need to be notified within
a week of receiving your order and it must be returned in the original
condition within 14 days. If the kit is faulty in some way, please
let us know immediately and we will cover the cost of the return
postage as well. The refund will be made to the original purchaser's
account once the goods have been received.
